Founder & Director (Chairperson of the Board) The Santa Claus Fellowship
Timothy Etter is the visionary Founder and Director of The Santa Claus Fellowship and serves as Chairperson of its Board of Directors. A lifelong Santa Claus portrayer with over 40 years of experience, Tim is known to many as Kristofer C. Kringle—the Fellowship’s official toymaker and master craftsman at Kringle Toy Makers, the organization’s latest and most joyful division.
Driven by faith, purpose, and the enduring power of imagination,
Tim established The Santa Claus Fellowship to bring hope, wonder, and kindness to children and families all year long. Under his leadership, the Fellowship has expanded to include:

Kringle Toy Makers, where handcrafted, one-of-a-kind gifts are created and sold to support local nonprofits.

The Santa Claus Institute of Traditional Studies, which provides values-based education and mentorship to aspiring Santa Claus portrayers.

The Santa Claus Research Committee, dedicated to preserving the history and legacy of Santa Claus while honoring those who have embodied his spirit.
Tim’s work blends tradition with heartfelt innovation. Whether hand-carving toys, designing curriculum, conducting historical research, or leading outreach efforts, his goal remains the same: to protect the magic of Christmas and inspire joy in every heart he encounters.
Tim is currently leading the charge to establish The Enchanted Land of Santa Claus, a permanent home for the Fellowship’s work—a place where families can experience joy, imagination, and generosity brought to life.
