The Guilds of The Santa Claus Fellowship

Our guilds are the hands and heart of the Fellowship. Each one serves a living part of our mission—crafting wonder, teaching tradition, and preserving history—so the spirit of Christmas can bless families all year. Together, they turn kindness into action, imagination into learning, and memory into legacy

Kringle Toy Makers

Kringle Toy Makers is the Fellowship’s living workshop—a special place where tradition meets the touch of a craftsman and every piece begins as an act of kindness. Here, Santa himself shapes one-of-a-kind wooden treasures with care, prayer, and a glint of North Pole wonder. Each creation carries a story you can feel in your hands: the warmth of a home hearth, the steadiness of faith, the joy of giving. And when these pieces go out into the world, they do double good. We place them directly with local nonprofits at no cost. Partners set their own prices and keep 100% of the proceeds to sustain the programs that matter most in their communities. We also offer custom pieces for auctions, complete with story cards that share the meaning behind each item and invite supporters to give. In this way, a simple wooden elf, a radiant Christmas candle, or a graceful reindeer becomes more than a keepsake; it becomes a small engine for good—brightening a family’s season while strengthening the very organizations that help children imagine,  and grow.

The Santa Claus Institute of Traditional Studies is a tuition-free academy devoted to the living heart of Santa—where history, folklore, and virtue become tools of care for real children and families. As an initiative of The Santa Claus Fellowship, the Institute welcomes learners into a gentle, tradition-rich environment that blends scholarship with service: we study the roots of Santa’s story, practice the arts of listening and inclusive storytelling, and prepare adults to meet children with humility, kindness, and wonder. In this place, learning feels like a homecoming—bells of history chiming alongside the laughter of discovery—while we rekindle timeless values for a modern world. Rooted in Southern Indiana’s storied landscape, the Institute shapes a quiet culture of formation so every visit, program, or performance leaves a child feeling seen, safe, and inspired to believe. Our promise is simple and profound—teach the spirit of Santa well, and it will keep teaching us how to love our neighbors, one gentle moment at a time..

The Santa Claus Research Committee

The Santa Claus Research Committee is the Fellowship’s memory and map—gathering stories, safeguarding artifacts, and honoring the men who donned the red suit with humility and heart. We preserve the lineage of traditions that bind generations: the local histories that anchor a town, the hard-won wisdom of seasoned portrayers, and the quiet practices that make a child’s moment feel truly personal. By curating resources, documenting lives of service, and sharing best practices shaped by history, the Committee ensures that what is beautiful about Santa does not fade—it deepens. Families find meaning, museums and educators gain trustworthy guidance, and communities inherit more than nostalgia; they inherit a living heritage, bright with generosity, hospitality, courage, and joy.

One Fellowship, Many Hands

Together, the guilds form a circle of care. The workshop turns generosity into action, the Institute turns knowledge into service, and the Research Committee turns memory into guidance—so the spirit of Christmas can bless families all year. When we work in harmony, children feel seen, families feel supported, and communities feel knit together by hope.
